The mechanics are top rated, professional and friendly. The management is extremely helpful and professional. They provided a top rated service at a very fair price and on time. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I just want to inform anyone who plans to go to Sherman Oaks Exclusive that this is the place to go. I first went in to check if they service Tesla’s and Geo professionally checked all my brakes. He informed me that I needed brakes and rotors in which I knew I did, just wanted to test his integrity. He then quoted me a price and I thought that price was too high, then I went to Tesla and they tried to charge me double what Geo quoted me. Long story short, I took my car back to Exclusive and they did a PHENOMENAL job! Had me done on the same day and was very professional! I must add, I am very picky with who does work on my car and they got the job done! Geo, just know, I will be coming back and I will be sending more customers your way! You guys rock, Kyle

I took my Bentley here for an oil change and they even checked out the rest of the car without even asking. True pros. I will be sure to take my other non-Bentley vehicle here.
