I have been using Sherman Oaks Exclusive for the last five years and couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, honesty, work quality, and communication. After a number of disappointments with Landrover/Jaguar dealership servicings, this was a great experience with very pleasant, knowledgable staff and mechanics. My 32,000 mile service on my 2016 LR4 was completed within 3 hours at reasonable cost. I can recommend Sherman Oaks Exclusive.

I called this place to change my Land Rover LR4 Brakes. SUPER easy to book and appointment with them. They did it for me fast and the price was awesome (I checked around) They picked up and delivered my car! I'll be back for sure!

Absolutely recommend Sherman Oaks Exclusive for any car repairs! My boyfriend and I brought in my Land Rover to fix a coolant leak, replace an oil censor, filters, heating core and all of the oil and coolant liquid as well. They had all of the parts for my car ordered and received within 24 hours, and completely fixed my car the next day before noon. This was all so crucial because we are moving to a different state and needed the car to travel, and they conquered this job within 2 days! We have never received better car service, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Shoutout to Geo for all of the help he provided us with! A HUGE thank you from both of us.

What a professional facility! All the mechanics and staff were wearing gloves and masks. They had me in and out in 5 minutes, offered me the choice of an emailed receipt which was amazing. They serviced the car in a few hours and now our Mercedes Benz ML drives like a dream. Thank you SOE for your service. They also have cool pictures of the owner working on Jaguars in England in the 70’s. First class service and staff.

I would leave a minus star if I could . They charged me $175 diagnostic fee for an issue I already told them of and then they quoted me $3200 for Fixing water pump and changing hoses ..... land Rover Encino charges way bellow that .... They are RIPOFF & unprofessional and I will never go back to them. I ended up fixing my car for $1100 ...... Check out British Motors and save your $$$
