Sherman Oaks Exclusive
I like this place. I trust this place with our Rover which is saying a lot if one has ventured into other auto repair places NOT specializing in Rovers!. And it is an added bonus that it is a family, small business-type operation, right? While certainly not a cheap proposition, you will pay less here than at the local dealer, and having attempted to have diagnostic work done else where a well-reviewed basic auto repair place, my advice is to just come and see Amir and Mansour straight away and save yourself the hassle of uncertainty! When our Rover suddenly failed to start, or actually STAY running, lol, it was a Saturday evening, raining and we needed to have it towed quickly, so we made the mistake of having it towed to a place that we've used for our other vehicles because they were open and could accept the towed Rover! Well, as nice as those guys were, after TWO WEEKS yes, I know, what was I thinking? and various parts replaced to no avail, I FINALLY had it towed sigh... yet again, but this time to Sherman Oaks Exclusive. The first day it was there, they knew what it was fuse box and had one ordered and the next morning I picked it up.In the past, we've had oil changes and hose replacements and various other things done here too. Each time, the work was done quickly and successfully. Amir and Mansour and their supporting cast, Marco, etc... ALL listen to what I have to say with regard to how the vehicle is acting. They always allow me to finish my hypothesis about what I feel could be going on with Rover! I never feel slighted or ignored or placated because I am a woman. Very kind and respectful business.Mansour's AMAZING first generation Range Rover Classic I don't think it's a second generation P38, but I could be wrong here! is worth seeing too! So hopefully he will have it there when you visit! It looks like it could navigate its way up Mt. Kilimanjaro!
